LINDSAY MARLAR
Lindsay Marlar, owner and founder of RVC Productivity Partners, LLC, is a business professional who currently resides in the suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. She graduated from Xavier University in 2004 with a BS in Criminal Justice along with her post graduate studies.
She has been in the creditors rights industry since 2007 during which time she has worked in a multitude of capacities including legal support, billing, finance, technology & information systems and management, data security and physical security. She brings a wealth of knowledge with her on industry standards, best practices, process improvements, productivity & efficiency and change management.
Lindsay enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, her pets (2 dogs and 2 cats) and spending time outdoors being active.
Lindsay’s specialties include operational efficiency procedures as well as data security requirements of IRS Publication 1075.
Most recently, Lindsay started Mama Bear Security to help local schools develop a culture of safety and make safety remediations and improvements to their buildings to increase their safety posture and protect children from becoming victims of school violence.
She is currently available for consulting and contracting work.
